"i love it! I just love this place. They sell a lot of cool stuff that I cannot afford yet, hahaha. But I love it because they have awesome lure selection for any type of fishing and their staff are excellent and helpful! Their reel shop fixed my reel once at no charge! Granted it was a minor repair and they do charge as they should for repairs. But maybe you’ll get lucky like I did and the guy will fix it in 5 minutes and he’ll say don’t worry about it. But that is NOT why I go. I go because of the fantastic lure selections, primarily. Go there! Buy lures! Buy a kayak! Walk around and enjoy the experience."

"Yeah, this place is dangerous... but in a good way, lol. It's a candy store for whoever goes fishing. I love the fact they that they have all kinds of different fishing. From surf fishing to fly fishing. From kayaking all the way to fishing giant pelagic game. Went in to show my brother-in-law that moved down from Kentucky. How Texas fishing does it. Wasn't really looking into buying nothing, but I ended up leaving with some more gear. Quiete a drive, though, to get there, but it's totally worth it. Staff was friendly, offering help. Clean establishment. Hardly can ask for more."
"I’ll never go back to academy’s or BPS. Great service here. Great selection, cheaper than academy and the staff are insanely HELPFUL and FRIENDLY. I forgot the young fellow that I talked to for hours but it was so great meeting him and just having a genuine discussion. I’ll be back to shop here only if he’s here haha"
