"Took daughter for haircut. After explaining to stylist she totally cut it the exact opposite. When I brought up that this was not what she asked for, was told that she was to busy and someone else would have to fix it. What an absolute joke. Have had two bad cuts here in the last two months. Done with great clips and the attitude you get when you call them out for bad service"

"Today we went to get hair cut an my grand daughter was talking to the lady about another great clips an how the other lady Kenny messed up her hair.. The hairstylist was asking questions about how her hair was cut. My granddaughter was not happy with it so within an hour timing I had the general manager from great clips. Call me and tell me that we were no longer allowed in any other great clips for badmouthing another worker we were not bad mouthing another worker we were saying that we did not like her work. And the fact that she cut it at home and not in a great clips environment is even more unprofessional. It’s highly inappropriate for a GENERAL MANAGER to call out of turn and engage in a personal vendetta against my granddaughter for this so-called stylist. I do not recommend going to this or any great clips! I would give 0 stars if it was possible."

"Poor customer service at this location. I called over the phone. I was 10 minutes away, and wanted to be put on the wait list, and was rudely spoken to. When I stated,in a nice way, thank you, but that doesn't work for me today, I'll go somewhere else ( even though I had a coupon). The person calls me back, leaving a rude message that I am no longer allowed there. I've never been there before....so...... Terrible customer service! A snotty employee should NEVER call a person back l, from their caller ID, just to be rude!"
