She kept me comfortable and not feeling skat about being in such a vibrant poison you could say which was really important to me . I can't wait to go back for my summer prep"

Since then, she has become a licensed esthetician and the service is nearly perfect at a great location. She is a great addition to the team from the amazing services to an extremely bubbly and friendly personality. "New client here, My 2nd time with Becca at the spa. First and foremost the setting inside the spa area is amazing and very relaxing. You wouldn’t think so if you looked from the outside but even whole place is very well decorated and designed makes you feel at home Finally, Becca booked with her for two appointments , All I can say is that she is super nice and very welcoming and has a warm and approachable personality . You can tell that she genuinely wants to help you and is very passionate about her job and loves what she does. Very relaxing two sessions so far So definitely recommend this place. 5 stars."

"I made an appointment to just remove my gel polish, nothing else, just a removal during my lunch hour. My appointment was at 1 pm and I arrived 5 minutes early. I was sent to the waiting room. About 1:15 I went to the receptionist asking if I was forgotten about. She said the girl that was doing the polish removal was doing a haircut and should be only another 5-10 minutes. I mentioned that I was on my lunch and had to be back by 2 pm. Finally at about 1:35 the nail tech showed up to remove my polish, 35 minutes later. I mentioned once again I had to be back at work at 2 pm, she said okay not a problem. I am not sure if she knew what she was doing because 25 minutes later my gel polish was still not off, not even close to being off. I told her that I figured 1 hour was plenty of time to be in and out for that type of service. I ended up leaving with my polish barely off all my fingers, with a bottle of acetone from the mail tech to do it myself. NEVER AGAIN!"

"Heather is absolutely amazing! I have been going to her for 7 years now after a VERY awful at home hair dye job my friend and I did ourselves. She fixed it so beautifully I never considered going anywhere else. Throughout the years, if there is a small piece I want different (i am picky) she will work me in and fix it within a week with no questions asked. She also creates such a wonderful environment by singing along to the songs playing, telling you about her own life, and even remembering what’s going on in your life that cannot be beat."
