"Amazing work! I always leave happy with my nails so they definitely live up to the name of the business. Editing my review to say they still do a great job every time! Katie pays so much attention to detail and I love how she does my nails. I’m a little disappointed on how they run their loyalty rewards, they let you stamp a card every time you come in and don’t pay with card so they don’t get charged the extra card fees. After a certain amount of visits you get a discount on the service. Today I bought a gift certificate in cash because they had a holiday deal on it and then continued to my service. Once I was finished I went to pay with my gift certificate and they told me I could not get stamped because I already got a deal today which didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me because I still payed for everything in cash. I have been supporting the business for a while so it was a bummer to hear. I really hope this isn’t a reoccurring issue in the future."

"Worst experience ever, paid $50 for this set of chrome nails and regret every dollar spent. I’ll let these pictures and video speak for themselves. Aside from doing a terrible job- I had asked (Lisa) if she can match a chrome color I found online, she then spoke something in her native language and appeared bothered. I also asked if she can make the shape of my nails a bit more narrow and appeared to bother her again. During the time she was filing my nails she kept pulling and trying to turn my finger so that it faced her. She was also very rough when dusting my nails with the barber brush, I try to be a good customer by moving my hand closer to her and holding it up when needed so that it’s easier for her to do my nails but she still used force. This was not my first time getting my nails done, I’ve had much more pleasant experiences other places. Only reason I went here is because the place I normally go to is undergoing remodeling and this was the only place with openings today. Will not be returning here and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone going there, spend your money elsewhere."
