"I’ve been going to Ruffolo’s since I was about 13 years old - I started going to get my hair and makeup done for school dances, but eventually started getting my hair cut and colored here. I wanted to get my hair done last minute about two years ago and managed to squeeze into Jenacy’s schedule, and boy am I glad I found her! Ever since that day, I knew that I found the perfect person to do my hair. I love how honest she is about colors and styles that would look best on me, but still open to try to achieve the look that I want in the best way for my hair and its health. It’s tough to find the perfect fit when it comes to hairstylists, especially when going lighter/blonde, and it’s always a hit or miss seeing someone new, but Jenacy is a big hit in my book!! I cannot recommend her enough!!! Ruffolo’s has been SO excellent to myself, my friends, and my family for the past 13 years now, and I plan on being a part of the community that adores it for many more ❤️"

"I had my hair dyed before I left town and it wasn’t done correctly. I usually get it done with the brush method. They decided because I had a lot of hair they would use a bottle to save them time… After the first wash you could see my roots. When I returned to town. I called to tell them that it did not last 2 weeks. They wanted me to come in and pay to get it done again. When it should have been done right the first time. My mom also goes to Ruffolo’s and has had the same issue over and over again. She is very understanding but we are tired of having to get another appointment to fix what they can’t do right the first time. Which is a waste of time. They perform rushed work. That does not last and is a waste of money. (I naturally have dark brown hair. I always get my hair dyed with permanent blue-black. You can see brown roots in the pictures included) (the rest of my hair has been permanently dyed blue-black for 3 years from a different stylist and that work you can see on the ends. There is not a hint of reddish brown there.)"

"Mia has been taking care of me for years. She has helped me grow my natural color in, and does wonders with my hair! She is always friendly, professional, compassionate and funny. The entire team at Ruffolo's put your needs and wants first, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are the perfect "get-away" for a few hours."

"Cannot recommend Ruffolo's Salon enough! I worked with their team for hair services for my wedding and everything they did was phenomenal. Their bridal specialist Amya was incredibly responsive and helpful through the whole planning process. We had Lauren and Chloe as our stylists on my wedding day and there wasn't a single person who wasn't happy with their hair. Not to mention, my bun didn't move an inch the entire day. The girls were so nice and fun to work with; it made the wedding planning process a lot easier knowing I didn't need to stress about my hair!"
