"I went to this store to get fitted for my brand new set for 2024 and when I got there and got half way thru my fitting I realized all these people wanted to do was get rid of me. There ego is too high to be in customer service. Y’all need to fire this whole entire staff they absolutely suck at what they do and this is exactly why people hate golf because of people like this. I was so close to canceling my 1500$ order because of how rude y’all were but I didn’t. And I regret it. YALL NEED A NEW LOCATION WITH NEW STAFF. I’ve played golf all around the world and visited so many golf shops and this was by far the worst shop I’ve ever been to. Enough to make me write this review which I never ever take the time out my day to do. But on this store I will."
"Went into the store, could not find what I was looking for, circled twice and there was no one to help me. Two female clerks looked at me and turned back to their conversation. Waste of time. Went around the corner to Edwin Watts where someone was eager to assist."
"Lukewarm customer service. Rude. No product demo/explanation. I bought some clubs as a gift and requested a gift receipt. The price tags were still left on. I also asked for the clubs to be bubble wrapped and boxed. I got a tiny bag instead that barely covered a third of the length of the clubs. Not a great experience."
"This is the worst customer I have experienced in a very long time. I will never go back here! We came on a Monday evening to get some shoes for my wife a come hours before close. The store was completely empty, except for two employees. She tried on shoes for at least 20 minutes, and neither employee acknowledged our presence and asked if we needed any assistance. She finally found a pair she liked, and we went to pay. The guy asked if that was all we needed, took her card, and gave her the receipt. Didn’t say thank you, good bye or anything. When we got outside, we were tempted to go back inside, return the shoes, and go buy them on Amazon. Unfortunately we we did not."
