"Customer service is horrible. No one informs you of the progress being made on your child. They relay information to the student however that information gets misinterpreted (because they are still kids trying to learn what the next steps are). So I try calling and no one ever picks up at this location. Also I know it says hours may vary but come on, if I’m needing to make a payment plus I have questions it would be nice to have someone in the front office. No one is ever there to respond. I also came by the office during their supposed hours and no one is ever here and this is coming at 4:30-5pm. Don’t you all close at 6pm."
"My son took teen driving class. He had or only able to do one driving practice because they have already scheduled other people or it was already booked driving practice. We were checking everyday to see any abilities to schedule but they’ had nothing available!! There are no make sense paying $420 when we can’t even schedule driving which includes teen class!! I think it’s better to wait 18 years of age and pay $30 online adults class and practice its own!!"
