"If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. I’m not typically the type of person to post a review, but I’ve never in my life have experienced so much rudeness from both doctors and medical staff towards there patients. You walk into the lobby and immediately become anxious because the staff is so cold and unwelcoming. I am not pregnant or recently given birth, but the vibe the staff gives off is that my medical visit is an inconvenience to them. I requested records be sent to my new doctor because I would rather not become pregnant and have to deal with them as my medical provider. after signing a release of information with women’s health group, the new doctor reported they did not receive the fax of my records. I understand that no one may be at fault for the fax that they said they sent didn’t get received, It wasn’t until the woman answering the telephone caught and attitude with me like “how dare I bother them because my doctor didn’t receive them”… if they wonder why I left this practice, that attitude from the staff is the exact reason."
