"Great customer-service: I was a little intimidated initially because I had heard so much about how top musicians would get their instruments from Robert Cauer. I expected a little bit of snootiness but they have absolutely no airs. Everyone is so warm and helpful even to little violinists who have no clue. They just want you to choose the right instrument. And if there is a problem with the instrument you bought from them, they will diagnose the problem for free and fix it (fees vary depending on the issue). We have had to have minor repairs and adjustments made and all this was done for free. Mr Cauer himself fixed one of the issues and he was so patient to answer all the questions my curious 9 year old was throwing his way. At the end, he even demonstrated a few cool things to us. Jonathan was also awesome in taking and answering questions."
