"Don't ever go to this location. They are scam artist. When you go there to test the pool water they will tell you that the cynauric acid level is high and your pool is chemically locked and that you will need to drain the pool and refill with the intention that you will buy chemicals to rebalance the pool. I went to pinch a penny and they tested the pool water and all chemicals were within the range. I would recommend to stay away from Leslie pools because I have heard lot of people having the same issues."
"can never get a hold of someone when calling them. Either never pick up or pick up and then put you on a long hold. Sometime they dont even bother to put you on a mute hold and you just basically waiting and listening to their conversation at the store in the background. Unbelievable..."
"William's Trace/59 location is great. Matt and John can be trusted to get you right chems/parts for your pool. I could go to the Leslie's 10 minutes away but the 25 minute drive to their location is worth it."
"Awesome customer service. Nick was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to get us setup and answered all of our questions. As first time pool owners, he was able to walk us through setup and maintenance. We are excited and grateful!"
"Good people knowledgeable about pool maintenance. I like that this location is open late so I still have time to drop by and buy something after work. Leslie's also tests your pool water for free. Only thing I have a problem with is that Leslie's typically sells stuff at a higher price compared to other retailers and they don't offer price match."
