"The manager Vanessa has no idea what she is doing. Kept on arguing with me about how she wouldn't take a return because the AE stamp was torn when it's literally part of their new distress collection. Had to pull up pictures on line to show her. As a manager how are you not aware of what your company is selling... Cherry on top didn't know how to do a return properly. Started another argument over that by herself because I wasn't entertaining it. Asker her for her name, rolled her eyes and said "It's Vanessa and I am the manager" in the rudest tone possible. I just took my stuff and walked out. I don't even know if she gave me her real name, she's the chubby short hispanic girl. Everyone else in the store was nice and always have been nice. I've shopped at this store for over a decade now and this was the first time someone was so openly rude."

"Took covid serious! Kept it very clean and kept touched clothes away. My only thing was taking my tall child in to try on a pant. They weren’t going to allow me to go with him to the changing room. I understand for distance but I hope you understand that if a parent is escorting their child it is for very good reason! Some children and teen and adults have diagnoses and need to be escorted or their caregiver to be close by. I still shop here! Just hope there is more understanding and training."

He helped me pick the best jeans for my shape and did not suggest I buy all the jeans I tried on like some representatives do..... Was there two days ago and I am going back today because my grandma loved my jeans so we are getting her some!!"
