"I had been going to this salon for over a year when I decided to treat myself to a first time hair color. The main purpose was to cover my gray hairs. When I got home after the color, I noticed there were multiple grays still left. Obviously I was upset after spending nearly $100. I contacted the salon and they said they’d fix it for an additional charge. I went into the salon to prove I still had grays and I think I met with a manager. (I don’t know, she never introduced herself.) Very rudely she offered to color each INDIVIDUAL gray hair. Unacceptable. I asked for something, didn’t get it and they would not fix it without charging me AGAIN. I believe this to be bad business. Now I’m out almost $100 and I still have gray hairs. The Artistry just lost 4 friendly customers."
