"Literally first time coming into this store. I just needed a quick buy of muriatic acid, but when I came in, I wasn’t greeted, i wasn’t acknowledged and the person working there was talking and talking to a customer asking 1000 questions about his pool. A simple, “I’ll be with you shortly” or “how can I help you” would of been nice, but instead I waited about 15 min before walking out of the store to go elsewhere to buy my chemical."
