"I have to first say from start to finish these guys were amazing!! I couldn’t believe how well the pool came together and without any hiccups really. It turned out so beautiful and we are so happy. Donny, the owner, was wonderful and Cory was amazing!! In fact everyone was awesome. They were even there for us during the cold snap. They were incredibly fast in getting back to us as far as any answers to our questions. It really put our mind at ease. Love these guys!!"

"I don't ever leave reviews, but a Hispanic man that works for Parker County pools hurt a homeowners French bulldog and needs to be addressed. The guy was caught on a Ring doorbell camera hurting a very expensive small dog with a very large coiled up water hose."

"This post is long overdue, but we had a great experience with Parker County Pools! Donnie spent time on the phone with us answering any questions or concerns we had. Anthony came and looked at our property and asked relevant questions regarding what we wanted then provided a video representation of how our pool would look. The quote was reasonable and we ended up adding some things with no problem. I can’t say enough good things about Chris, our project manager. Professional, kind, responsive and thorough. He helped us so much and did it with a smile on his face. All of this took place from December through the end of January. during the February freeze, we were terrified it would be ruined, but they gave us some helpful information to protect the skimmers and it worked!! It was such a pleasure working with everyone there and couldn’t be happier with our pool! We have thoroughly enjoyed it this summer!!!!"

"These people are great! I think the woman who works the counter is named maxi or Maxine maybe was so helpful to me and my husband! We are new at all of this and she made sure to explain everything in great detail step by step. I was ready to give up on having a pool. Thank u so much!"

"I would not advise anyone to work here at least not right now. The owner Donny is a very nice person and was very nice to my son and family but lacks control over his Weatherford office and staff. They are extremely rude, very bad attitudes towards employees and customers. My son was hired and trained to CLEAN and maintain chemicals only!! Did not receive any training as far as repairing pools when there were issues so every time something broke and had to ask for help he would get blamed, called irresponsible, not dependable, a liar , and told to figure out the problems himself that he had worked there long enough even though it had only been 3 months. Pools couldn’t be properly cleaned if the pool equipment wasn’t working correctly so then the pool cleaners yet again get into trouble because customer complains about the condition of the pool. Made to work outside in all weather conditions freezing cold to severe thunderstorms no matter how dangerous. My son was nearly struck by lightening during a severe storm after being told by the office staff to stay out in it and clean the pool. Got yelled at for not wanting to handle a snake in a pool and the list goes on. Was told that after 90 days he would get a raise and then that changed because they claimed my son was not trained properly and making to many mistakes causing the company to much money. well, whose fault would that be? My son asked several times for additional training and it was refused. Employees who work in the office are verbally abusive and talk badly about customers and the employees. My son lasted 3 months. Would not recommend employment there"
