"Went in to the Weatherford store in desperate need of boys soccer cleats after Academy sold out. The staff was super helpful and got us our shoes, at sale price, and out the door in no time!"
"I went to the Weatherford location ready to buy 8 pair of shoes for my grankids. The 2 young kids didn't even acknowledge me nor greeted me. As I am looking at some shoes, I asked if I could get a specific size, the young guy didn't even look at the shoe I was referring to and stated we don't have it. I go ok what size do you have? He said only 12 but had his back to me. So I went to another sale guy and he went grabbed 2 pair of shoes I was looking for. I rather spend my money at another store and get acknowledged and helped."
"Pretty good store. They have a little bit of everything sports related and a decent selection of shoes. The staff is young and it shows in their interactions. The customer service was lacking but I guess that's to be expected with young people these days. That's the only reason for the 3 star rating instead of something higher."
"Since the remodel this place has gone down in customer service. Idk if it’s different owners or not but you walk in and they are all talking or on the phone. You have to go ask for help and they seem annoyed. Used to love this place."
"i walked in not a word was said to me ask a question and they shook their heads no. it was a red head boy, a girl with short hair and a taller blonde guy. i’m literally around the same age as them too so it was just awkward. also there was no music and i just wanted to leave as soon as i walked in. very disappointing, i miss the old hibbets."
