"Originally I really loved this office. Dr. Reyes was great and I never had an issue. When I got pregnant is when the issues started. On my first appointment which was a sonogram and a visit with the doctor, I was at the office for over 4 hours. 10 minutes of that total was with a doctor. This happened again the next 2 times as well. I was having to take an entire day off work to get 5-10 minutes of care. It takes days to get anyone to call you back and when they do it’s very unhelpful. I want to make it known that as an OB patient, they offer you a discounted 3D sonogram if you leave a 5 star review. So please take that into account when you read these reviews. Very disheartening."
"I have had Dr. Reyes as my OBGYN for years now. She is attentive, caring, and very reassuring. Dr. Reyes answers all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed or in a hurry to see her next patient. The office does such a great job with their communication through the portal. They answer my questions fast and efficiently!"
"Honestly the best OBGYN office. I had my son three years ago while being cared for by Dr. Reyes. Super sweet and takes her time to listen. The ladies at the front and check-out are also such sweetheart hearts. The whole staff makes you feel so welcomed. Currently expecting my second son and I can say this experience has also been superb. Highly recommend."
"Love this office! I was referred by one of my staff members and have been going here since I found out I was pregnant. They have very high technology so the sonograms come out so clear the technician is very friendly and personable. Front staff is always very efficient and willing to help I’ve never had to wait a long time to be seen. Dr.Heintges is the provider I recommend she has made me feel comfortable as in this being my first pregnancy and she never minds me asking “dumb questions” lol. If I could rate 10 stars I would no doubt!"
