"Visiting this clinic and being under the care of Dr. Luts has been an absolute delight for me! Transitioning during my third trimester could have been daunting, but Dr. Luts ensured that my visits were incredibly comfortable. She patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns, offering reassurance every step of the way. The entire staff exudes warmth and professionalism, making each interaction a pleasant one. Leigh Ann’s kindness during my sonograms left a lasting impression, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had their support during the final stages of my pregnancy. Choosing Dr. Luts to oversee my delivery was the best decision I made. Throughout my labor, her expertise and compassionate care made the entire experience remarkably comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the care I received during such a significant time in my life."

"I am still processing my visit with Dr. Luts, I was a new patient. When I walked into Dr. Luts office, the receptionist did not acknowledge me. I signed in. She took my cards after I set them down and walked away. When she got back I mentioned that I filled out the paperwork and emailed them already. She ignored me, handed me a clipboard and said fill these out. I took them to my seat but they were the same thing I already did. I took them back, apologized and said I already sent them over. She still did not look at me; just grabbed the clipboard and said doctor will see you in a few. When Dr. Luts came to me, it felt very rushed. She was very much to the point of just doing the pap and physical. When I mentioned that I was having increasingly painful periods over time, and given my history, she said 'well you might could have endometriosis', but brushed it off and said if you try for 6 months to get pregnant and are unsuccessful, we'll talk about it then. I really don’t understand why the doctor wouldn’t have even suggested to schedule another visit where we could discuss it more. I just felt left with ‘oh you might have this awful thing, but it’s not important right now’. I’m 36 years old, it’s important. When she used the speculum she told me that she didn’t like using lubricant, so stuck it under the faucet to get it wet. I was a little shocked but also stuck in the position on the bed and didn’t feel I could really say anything. She didn’t cover her legs with any kind of paper or cloth; I’ve always had a dr cover her legs when doing exams. A little of ‘me’ got on her leg and she just wiped it with a sanitizing wipe and laughed. That made me feel very uncomfortable, especially laughing about it. When the exam was finished, she sat my paperwork on my chair and said are you good? I was feeling rushed and overwhelmed so I just said yea I’m fine and she said you’re good to go and walked out. I started crying. I have never felt more uncared for as a patient. I don’t need an hour, but I didn’t feel like my visit was personal or inviting, especially for a new patient. I didn’t feel like there was a genuine interest in my female health. I felt like a patient at Parkland on a busy night in the ER. I noticed on my paperwork that it said 15 minutes under new patient visit. I worked in OB/GYN for 2 years and NEVER had a new patient visit that wasn’t blocked for a doctor less than 30 minutes. I came to Dr. Luts based on reviews and recommendations and I was seeking a doctor I could actually see. My previous doctor is absolutely amazing. But so many other women think so too, so she is hard to see and I often would end up with an NP. I will not be seeing Dr. Luts again. I am very disappointed in this experience and now I’m left to wonder if I have something seriously wrong with me. I highly doubt that my original doctor would miss something like that and I’m not happy that a doctor would say that to me and not express interest in finding out or talking about it further with me. I am pretty easy to please, but this has really bothered me and I don’t want other women to have the same experience. I will not be seeing Dr. Luts again."
