"I would not refer my worst enemy to this group. If you leave a message they will never call you back and good luck getting them to answer the phone. The office staff are incredibly rude and they lack any patient care and compassion. I saw a doctor back in March 2023 who ordered an echocardiogram. I had not met my insurance deductible yet, so I called back in Nov 2023 after I had met my insurance deductible. It took 5 attempts at leaving messages until I finally got someone to answer the phone. They informed me that I needed another visit for the echocardiogram to be ordered. I guess my co-pay is more important than my health. I never write negative reviews, since we are all human and mistakes happen. I have been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. I have never witnessed such a lack of concern for patient care."
