"Dr. Kyle is a nice person overall but lacks the compassion or patients for others. I went in to do my very first OB check up. I needed to get diagnosed with PCOS cause I already knew I had it. It took me so much to finally get him to draw my blood and officially diagnose me with it. I also told him that my husband and I were trying to get pregnant, did he help? No. Instead, he tried putting me on birth control, the complete opposite of what my husband and I are wanting. I told him, no that’s not what I want. I want to get pregnant, not prevent it. I had to look up and research what helps people with PCOS and tell him to get me the prescription to help with my hormones that doesn’t make it where I’m restricting myself of getting pregnant even more. I shouldn’t have had to do his job for him. I had to call many, many times and deal with the rude girls to get answers that no one seemed to know. It’s like everyone there just didn’t care. My mother in law had the same issue with him and decided to stop going to him too. She left and got the help she needed finally. I left and have an AMAZING OB who does freaking amazing and is so helpful. If you are going to be in a profession that’s meant to help people, try actually helping them instead of not listening and not being there of them."

"Scheduler is RIDIC. Every few days she calls AGAIN TO RESCHEDULE MY appt and push it out father. My original appointment was in September. Now they're offering me the END OF OCTOBER. No thanks. You'll just call in a week and book me for DECEMBER. Not acceptable and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I make a September appointment, I want an effin September appointment, NOT to be rescheduled multiple times and pushed out basically to November because you "booked my appointment wrong." Office staff needs to get their sht together."

He was very professional, very informative and caring. Made me feel comfortable and always listened to my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Kyle to anyone looking for a great Doctor!"
