"Horrible customer service! The surgeon is great. Sad the staff sucks! They lose paperwork. Don't keep copies. And make it hard for people who in addition with them trying to get their life together with such life changing injuries to get their paperwork processed. Complete lack of empathy, professionalism, courtesy, and good customer service. They have two week in advance courtesy calls and don't even advise patients when the office will be closed. Dr. Tucker needs to fire the incompetent people. Not once have they've done right since my first visit. And I'm not the only who knows so. Every time (no kidding, every time) I ago, I hear complaints from other people in the waiting area regarding the same thing. The horrible way the staff is."

"The wait was far too long. The staff is nice and Dr. Tucker knowledgeable. I was put off by the speed at which I was addressed and I felt overwhelmed. I briefly saw my X-ray but really don’t know how much I have or have not healed. I didn’t get all my questions answered and will rely on my PT."
