"I just visited Dr. Flores' office today for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. As someone with PCOS, hypothyroidism, and diabetes, I've been through so many different providers. I like that Dr. Flores strongly believes in holistic wellness and is very to the point - she will let you know what is not working for you and will help you come up with solutions and refer you to the appropriate people - speaking of which - whenever doctors refer you out - they usually do not follow up. I'm pretty compliant with treatment and so I called the place that she had referred me to as soon as I got out of her office - an hour later, one of her staff members called to help me make an appointment with the referral...talk about awesome customer service! I've been struggling with weight gain/insulin resistance due to my endocrine disorders and I'm used to providers blaming me for the weight gain instead of recognizing that diet and exercise only go so far sometimes. I felt heard and validated. Great experience! I went to three different providers to get here...wish I had known about her sooner! I would've definitely saved myself a lot of headaches and money!"
