"I needed a haircut prior to a recruiting trip to a university. I only needed a trip to clean things up a bit, and I figured this Great Clips close to my apartment would be just the place to get this done. I'd been here a few times before, and was confident in their ability to accomplish this. This confidence was not misplaced, I can assure you. After getting off work, I checked in online to the store, which in the evening on Monday had about a 50 minute wait. This was no issue - I went to a nearby restaurant and had a quick dinner to wait. I then returned to the store when I got a text indicating they would be ready for me within 15 minutes. The actual haircut was exactly what I needed. I told my stylist that I was still trying to grow my hair out longer and only wanted to clean things up a bit (you know, trim off split ends, tighten things up, etc.). She gave me the exact trim I was looking for - I was very happy with the end result. I'm looking forward to returning here for future haircuts.
