"I went in last weekend for a manicure and pedicure. I had an appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes until they helped me. It was one of the most rushed manicure/ pedicures I’ve ever had. Not only that but Ryan who did my nails was so aggressive. He filed down the side of my toe and the back of my ankle. I told him it was hurting and he kept going. The manicure was so quick and he was pulling my hands too hard to do the nails. He was also filing my nails so hard it was hitting my skin. Normally I enjoy coming here but Ryan was way too aggressive even after I spoke up more than one. This isn’t the first time I’ve had Ryan and he’s been this way. Will not be going back."

"One of the worst nail experiences I’ve had in the Quad Cities. The nail tech kept talking over me when I tried to express what I wanted. I said several times that the white line was too thick and he didn’t fix it. I told him that he missed sharp pieces of nail that were digging into my skin and he didn’t fix it. He left acrylic stuck on my skin. When I got home I even noticed a hair encapsulated in the nail. Gross! I will not be returning to this establishment and I will be warning others of their quality of customer service and work ethic."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I have very weak nails so I can only get the basic manicure which seems to bother them. Went in yesterday (with an appointment and I had to wait) and had the fastest manicure ever. No massage on my hands, no hand lotion and less than 24 hours later 2 of my nails are chipped. Never again."
