"This Y is a great facility if you want to work out with cardio, free weights or mechanical weight machines. It does not have basketball courts or a pool. But if you want to work out it’s a great place. It’s well used but not to the point it’s crowded and there are not long waits for pieces of equipment. The staff is great. Heather Carrol is a personal trainer here and she is fabulous."

"My favorite gym by far it’s always clean and cold in the summer time. I have kids so they provide daycare while I workout and most gyms in the area do not have a place that watches your kids including the new Bettflex. I also like the fact that you have to be 14 or older to workout here so it more of a adult atmosphere. It’s always busy but I never have a problem getting on a piece of equipment. I highly recommend this gym if your new to the area and looking for a good gym."
