"It took 25 minutes in the pickup line to receive my order, workers were standing around staring at the others actually working, one of the workers was wearing a crop top and ultimately didn't look presentable at all, another one was picking in her armpit and then turned around and made a drink, not washing her hands before proceeding to make the customers drink. The long wait had people leaving the line and going elsewhere. Ultimately the acted as if they were all new and didn't know what was going on."

"Ordered three donuts, two lattes with caramel, and an order of hash browns. First I get the call that they don’t have any caramel whatsoever for my drinks. Fine, I get it. Then I get told that they don’t have any of the Boston crème donuts. When my order arrives, I never received any of my hash browns. Won’t be ordering from this Dunkin’ again. Maybe you guys shouldn’t be open if you don’t have any of the items on the menu."

"They are always out of something you order. Either it's we can't make hot drinks, we don't have any munchkins right now, we don't have eggs, we are out of jelly donuts, we don't have any old fashion, we don't have and caramel sauce, we are out of pecan syrup, take your pick. This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever gone to. You are better off driving to the one on 53rd. At least they don't usually give you days old donuts. Corporate needs to shut them down and get new trained staff."

"On a Wednesday morning at about 10:30, I was served four donuts that were simply stale. When I pay more than a dollar per donut, it's not outrageous to expect fresh donuts. Mine were very dry and flavorless. I would have taken them back but I used the drive thru and I was 10 minutes across town before I realized how bad they were. The coffee was ok but the person taking my order/serving me didn't even remember my cream and sugar request."

"I've been making my way around to all of the Dunkin' locations in the Quad Cities area. It wasn't intentional at first, but I found after visiting one of the locations I liked their unique dining room setup. Almost every location has a few comfy chairs, some unique lighting feature, and all of them this far have had some kind of donut that satisfied during my visit. This location on Locust and Division Streets is one of the few that I hadn't made it to yet, so I decided to stop by as a part of yet another lazy Sunday afternoon. Many of the features of this Dunkin' are present at the others as well. There's a mural custom to this location of various people walking with coffee in their hands, wall painted orange, brown, or beige, and a donut rack and shelf of coffee clearly present in the dining area. The floors contain a tan-brown 1 foot square tile, while the overhead has a drop ceiling, lit by a combination of florescent and accent lights throughout. What's missing from this location is notable too, however. There's no set of comfy, upholstered chairs in any part of the dining room, a major feature that I really enjoy about Dunkin' and honestly, most other coffee shops. There's also no unique suspended lighting fixtures here, only a few semi-conical lights hung over the one high to bar seating along the windows. All this being said, there's also just a lot of open space in the store, as if there should be more seating or fixtures present. It's kinda weird I opted for a few glazed munchkins on this visit, which I was able to pay for quickly and sit down to consume shortly thereafter. They were on par with munchkins from the other locations. Nothing more to say really about the donuts. Maybe the place is remodeling? They still have the old Dunkin' Donuts branding that everyone has switched away from in favor of the Dunkin' rename that happened a year or two back. I don't really know. It would be nice if they got a few comfy chairs at least. Thanks, Dunkin'."
