"My recent visit to Texas Roadhouse left me with mixed feelings, and unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by a significant issue. While the food was undeniably delicious and the waitress was friendly, the lack of consideration for the customers' comfort was a major letdown. Upon entering the restaurant, my friend and I were excited to enjoy a pleasant dinner. The ambiance seemed inviting, and the menu offered a variety of tempting options. Our expectations, however, took a nosedive when the restaurant decided to crank up the volume of their music to an excessively loud level. The blaring music disrupted our ability to have a normal conversation across the table, rendering the dining experience less than enjoyable. Concerned about this, I approached the closest staff member, only to be met with a dismissive response: "We are about to dance, and we'll turn it down after." This lack of regard for our comfort was disheartening, to say the least. Unsatisfied with the initial response, I sought out a higher-ranking staff member, hoping for a more understanding approach. Unfortunately, the second encounter yielded the same result – a nonchalant attitude towards our discomfort. It appeared that the staff had little concern for the well-being of their paying customers. While the food itself was commendable, the overall experience was tarnished by the apparent indifference of the staff to the customers' ability to enjoy a comfortable meal. If you're looking for a place to unwind, have a good time, and engage in conversation without having to shout over blaring music, I would not recommend Texas Roadhouse. It's regrettable that such a promising dining experience was overshadowed by the lack of consideration for the patrons' concerns."

"Took the family for a nice dinner, the wait list was easy to use & we got right in because of it. Also it was our 1st time & we were greeted by the manager & given a free bag of peanuts. It is a very busy place but the staff was perfectly on point, everyone really kept calm & did their jobs. The food was very good & the prices are not extremely high despite the quality. Our daughters enjoyed the music, dancing & fun atmosphere, we will definitely be back for more."

"Went here on a Monday night around 7pm. Understanding this is prime business hours I figure they will be busy, but on a Monday night it had me shocked. Our 30 minute wait ended up being closer to an hour. The waitress was slow to give more bread or refills. Again it was super busy so I know things take time. Perhaps more staffing could solve. My steak was ordered medium and looked more like medium well. Sue to not being checked on by the server until 20 minutes after receiving our food, we were ready for the bill and I didn’t care to wait for a better cooked steak. Still your typical chain spot. Good bread, great salad, suggest going a different time to avoid potential mistakes my family and I ran into."

"If you can manage to get a reservation, Texas Roadhouse never lets me down in terms of food quality. The buns and cinnamon butter are a staple of the dining experience and something we look forward to every time! This trip I went with the 20oz bone-in ribeye, medium rare, with sauteed mushrooms. For sides I chose a Caesar salad and chili. The steak was cooked perfectly, but like every other steakhouse it needs some finishing salt. Nevertheless it was delicious and it came with plenty of mushrooms. The Caesar salad was more heavily sauced than some other places which was definitely welcomed. I was surprised by how good the chili was! It was definitely a more bean heavy chili, but still had enough meat that it wasn't disappointing. Loaded with spices, it had a little kick and packed with flavor. I'd recommend getting it with some sour cream on the side to mellow it out a bit. Overall I was very pleased with this visit, although we did wait for 40 minutes at 2pm, so plan your reservation accordingly. I recommend this restaurant."
