"Always have child's my nails done here. She specifically told the lady what she wanted and not to make them short. She made them extremely short and even being customer for so long would even help. Had an attitude along with it on a teenager. Never returning"

"Horrible customer service. I walked in at 620pm. The door says close at 8pm. I wanted a simple pedicure. It wasn’t that busy. The lady sitting up front said we don’t have time. And that’s it. Baby you don’t have to worry about my Blk azzzz ever coming back up in there. I’ll spend my money where it’s wanted. Change your policy and say no walk ins or no new ppl after 6."

"Best nail salon in the area. Staff is nice, professional, relatively fast, and every single one of them is talented. You know you’re going to get good results no matter who is doing your nails. Place is clean, cute, and organized. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. They also always have something good on tv, too, which is a nice little bonus. I love this place."

"Just left and extremely disappointed and feeling like my business didn’t matter to this nail salon. It’s hard when I teach my daughter about kindness when she was witnessing her Mom being treating so rudely. She never smiled and never talked when I said something. The only thing she asked was where I got my nails done prior and was rude about it. She my rushed my no chip. Neither my daughter or I didn’t get a hand massage or lotion. The colors do not match my toes. If she was kind, it wouldn’t bother me as much. My 9 year old was with me and I feel like she got better service than me. Truly upset because I have so many family members going there because of me. Well, looks like they just lost a lot of business."

"Fantastic! I have been in search of a clean, professional, and friendly location for over a year. I decided to try them out as they are next door to my job(Golf Mill Ford) and I had a horrible no chip from a previous place. Kiiy the owner was who took care of me and she was amazing! She edged/finished my nails perfectly and my no chip looks great. (See photos) They are my go to place now"
