"I had a wonderful experience at The Pavilion Spa last week. Oasana is wonderful, very knowledgeable and experienced, explained everything before hand. I had a mani-pedi and a facial with her, it was fantastic, my sling fell clean, fresh and soft. Then I had a very relaxing massage with Galina, who also was excellent. They are wonderful ladies, friendly, professionals and follow Covid-19 guidelines. I highly recommend this place!"

"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I bought a deal which covered several massages at a modestly discounted price. The head of the salon is rude and lacks patience and understanding. I kept telling her that she was massaging my legs too hard. She got very defensive and told me I was too sensitive, that she was barely touching me. I had to leave early because I couldn't stand the pain anymore. I wish I hadn't bought the package. Money lost. Lesson learned."

"1. Massage was great except Galina refused to skip my arms. I'd rather have more time spent on my back I said. I also felt like her sheet moving skills were lacking. I felt exposed a couple times. 2. Nail technician was great! Except the nail polish isn't great quality. No name brand like OPI or Essie. I think I saw a dally Hansen top coat- pretty cheap. My nails chipped after 3-4 days. Bring your own polish! 3. Facial was good! I am used to a facial having some massage and product on neck/chest but still great 4. Hairstylist was great but here's where it all went downhill from a 4 star rating to a 2 star: their website shows a $5 shampoo blow dry when in fact the stylist charges $20-$25. The owner was BEYOND rude and tried to make me feel guilty for insisting I pay what they advertise. She looked at me and sarcastically said, "what, you want for free"? This was along with many other rude comments. I mean- with tip I was still around $200 and felt like a piece of crap when I left. I will NOT recommend this place. HIGHLY unprofessional."

"This is my go to spa. Both my husband and I love the massages performed by Galina - massage therapist and owner. I also go to Oxsana for facials, waxing, manicure and pedicure. She is very very good. I like her a lot! After you become a loyal customer she will drop the prices for you. They also do eyebrow threading, cut and color! I highly recommend this place to everybody that lives in the O'Hare area."
