"Terrible skills! I went in for pedicure and dip manicure! Pedicure was fine, in fact great, but the dip manicure is terrible. All my nails were cut in different shapes, the surfaces are uneven and grainy and the polish has already started chipping at the ends! Cuticles were cut badly so the skin around my nails is cut and pealing. Please don’t waste your time and money with them! The pictures are taken two days after the service, you can see for yourself how bad the service was!"
"I love the place, good service, good vibes, free coffee, the girls are so nice! and I Love my nails (no chip) but after 3 Days, the color was removed quickly, a kind of disappointment"
"I love this place I have been there one other time with no issues but today was bad ! While cutting my cuticles the technician cut too deep and made me bleed ! She said sorry however after what should have been a self care day turned into a bad day . I was still charged full price even thou I left with bloody cuticles"
"Terrible. They are 5 minutes from my house so I went there. Full set, most nails were not matching with with other hand, poor shape. I thought maybe someone was new. Fine. Didn't use them for a year. I went to do a fill on Monday. Nails has visible grains on them. Wednesday evening a nail broke in half. Just a terrible place . Will have them fix this and I will never have them touch my hands. Pedicures are ok but man...these older ladies just lost it"
"I have been going to Smile Nails for about 3 years now. I always get the same color polish (no chip for Mani) and regular polish for pedi. The place is clean and I have seen them cleaning between customers, so I feel safe and very comfortable. They are always welcoming me and get my polish right away. I have now switched to the Spa Pedicure which i find very relaxing. I love watching the movies that they changed every month. So I have seen, some I have not. They were also very generous with a donation for a local non-profit organization that I support. Please tell them what you want or need, and they will accommodate you. Thank you. I am there at least every two weeks. Please go visit them."
