"I've been going to this place for over a decade for a variety of services and I have to say the professionalism and talent has decreased severely over the last couple years. One person in particular who has been extremely unprofessional is Ulka. She took off an entire mid section of my eyebrow. It took 3 months for my brow to fully grow back. She blamed me and said I didn't have any hair there and instead of apologizing, she proceeded to yell at me and said it was my fault. It's still embarrassing to go out in public without any filler on. It's sad how much this place has changed. I will no longer be giving them my services."

"I have been going to Dream Salon and Spa for many years. I started going when I lived in Palatine, and even after moving to another suburb, I still go back. Sadly, I have reached a certain age where I have a lot of hair growing in my ears. My first time in, I was nervous to ask if this is something that can be waxed, and Madhu assured me that yes, ear hair can be waxed. Since then I have also started having my eyebrows threaded. I have had nothing but excellent service and treatment from all of the staff there and highly recommend that you visit!"

"I’ve been coming to this salon since even before the remodel. I usually go for waxing, which I have never received a terrible service, Benita and many others are great at what they do and are quick and efficient. This is my go to place. I was impromptu looking to get my lashes done and was booking to get them done at my usual hair salon though their online booking messed up my appointment. Annoyed because I was leaving for my trip, but remembered the salon I always go waxing at did lashes. Long story short I took the chance and was able to get my lashes done and I regret not going their first. My lashes were done with a natural look and they lasted so long! I went swimming and was all out and about and they held up nicely and was so happy with them. They are so accommodating and will always work to fit you in. These ladies will always take care of you. The price is very affordable and she always gets me in the next day. I recommended her all kinds of lashes and also does a terrific job.
