"Went here to get my first no chip mani, pedi. Two techs were working on me and they kept dropping the dryers because I was not asked to move to a chair. They tried to do the manicure form the pedi area instead of the manicure table. The last 2 times I was there I had to ask them to trim the nails before painting them. I'm pretty sure that is part of the process. One tech even argued with me about doing it.. While there asked how much to remove the no chip they said $5. I asked this question several times and got the same answer. Since it was my first no chip I was unsure of the process. When I returned to have the no chip removed, they never soaked my nails they used something in a small bottle and scrapped the polish off. I was prepared to pay $10 for the removal of the no chip which is all I went in for that day but they continued to treat this like mani & pedi and charged me full price. I told them I was just there to have the polish removed at the start of the visit. Then they had the nerve to question a tip. I feel like this place has gone down hill over the years."

"Everyone at the salon was very nice, however, I got a manicure with dip powder only FOUR days ago, and 2 nails fell off, and several others chipped. I decided to remove the rest since it looked so horrible at that point, and they all peeled off immediately with zero resistance. What a horrible job. This was my first time and I will never return."

"The no chip manicure lasted almost 4 weeks. I had a better experience here than a certain famous, high-end salon. I will come back!"
