"The picture below is what u wanted and next to it is what I got. Super ugly and sloppy. I hated everything about my experience from my nails down to the service. Never coming back here. I wanted a new experience since I heard they had wine and had just opened. But I didn’t get that. Their customer service was TERRIBLE and it was literally the most awkward situation I have been in in my life. Just do yourself a favor and go to U and I nails. It’s cheaper and they are super friendly to everyone. And I don’t have to worry about being black and uncomfortable because of my skin color."
