"This is the quality of a powder dip nail at day 14, not to mention, my second repair from the first day of service. I called the day before letting Dahlia know the nail chipped and made an appointment for next day at 11. The male owner REFUSED to fix it. He told me, "we don't provide that service" and just walked away from me. There wasn't even a conversation about, okay well, we need to charge you. This dude essentially told me to f-off. There were 3 other clients in the shop. I've used the salon once. This salon does NOT use plastic gloves over the foil to remove existing color to speed up the process. This salon does NOT use nails lamps which is needed for the polish harden and be more durable. This is likely to cause of the problem. I've had powder dip nails done for one year and never had one chip, let alone two."
"Came here for my bridal nails and had a wonderful experience! I got compliments all night long at my wedding on my nails. My nails were perfect, the staff was so kind, and the environment was clean and nice. Highly recommend!"
"My mom and I got our nails done a few months ago and had fantastic service! We called in the morning and they were able to quickly get us in. Salon was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. Daria and Ana were our nail technicians and they did a great job! Wide selection of nail colors to choose from. It’s been a few months and my toenail polish has still survived nail filing and trimming! Definitely will stop by again next time we’re in Schaumburg for business!!"
