"This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review. I had Tina as my nail tech. I have never experienced such awful customer service. If I was treated with respect as a paying customer, I would not have taken time to write a review, even though my nails were very poorly done. She was so unbelievably rude and never asked if I liked how they looked. She pushed my hands back to me and said “done” and pointed to the front to pay. She rushed through the whole service. The station I was at looked very unsanitary. I wanted to get up and leave the entire time but she had already started. If I could give zero stars I would. I would NOT recommend this salon or at least, check who your nail tech is. Best of luck."

"I’ve been to quite a few nail salons in the Chicagoland area, and this experience has been the best I’ve had. The girl at the front was so nice and took her time answering my questions. She was really accommodating with what specifically I was looking for, and she help me find what I needed based on the picture I brought in to get the look I wanted. Ben was so nice and really took his Time to get the most natural shape I’ve ever had with an acrylic set - and took extra care to make the finish so clean and the shape so nice I was really impressed!! I have attached pictures, but this is my new go to- Ben knows his stuff!!!"
