Jack in the Box

"They had there hours posted on the window advising that they close at 10pm. I just didn't see it. Even though I picked up my online order at 10:03, try still gave it to me and we're super nice and the food was fresh. Honestly I feel like this is the best jack in the box in St Louis. Alot of other ones are awful. This one is exactly what I want out of my jack in the box"

"I guess this location closes the lobby whenever they feel like it. I came at 8:45pm and she tells me the lobby is closed. I have a 40 foot trailer so I can’t go through the drive-through. I walked all the way over there in the rain from the parking lot across. Avoid this Jack-in-the-Box at all cost the employees were smoking outside by the front door so they didn’t want to make me any food I guess. The App lets you choose carry out as the option for your order and you won’t be able to do that. Just a heads up."

"This establishment in St.Ann MO ,is the biggest waste of time, the last 4 times I tried to order food after 11pm . I was told they are out of food, were not serving at this time , we're closed at this time. So, Idk how to say , what I like to say as a customer in a nice manner. So I'll let the decision be yours , I would like to know if anyone else had this experience.."

"Been here a few times, never had an experience that really made me want to come back. Typically taco cravings keep bringing me back... My last time here I came in for dine in to get a couple tacos. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes while employees came and went asking each other "has the counter been helped, can you help the counter, who's getting the counter". AWKWARD. When I was finally helped I ordered two tacos and a ranch. As soon as my order was placed, the employee shut down the register. Not sure why, but I felt a bit more awkward. It was the middle of the day, no other customers were in the building or the drive through when I came in, but the tables were not wiped off. When I opened my tacos they were not cooked all the way, had WAY too much lettuce and were both broken in multiple spots. I don't plan to return."

"The service here was great. It was slow but you could tell they were hustling. I got to the window to find out they didn’t have the item I ordered but I was able to order a replacement. They forgot tacos and our fries were cold and chewy. The team was super accommodating when we came back to report it. Seems severely understaffed and with the right support, the staff that served me could’ve earned your restaurant 5 stars all around."
