"At this location, the food preparers had bad attitudes and looked like they were upset that we had even walked in to order. They came across like it was our fault that they had to work. But what was nice was the young lady at the checkout counter. She was pleasant and had a smile. I appreciated that."
"Unfortunately there is no zero star option. And what's even more unfortunate is I thoroughly enjoy eating Chipotle's food. This has been the single worst experience at any Chipotle restaurant I have been to across the country. I specifically eat at Chipotle when I can afford to because it fits in my diet well with the limited things that I can eat After an extended wait due to a 15 plus meal takeout order placed before mine, they literally gave me three quarters of a bowl. As i got to my office I realized they didn't even add the fajita veggies.... And to top that off, my food wasn't even lukewarm. Room temperature at best. Chipotle, you really need to do better, this is not an acceptable way to deal with patrons. Regardless of how busy you get you should put out a decent product for what people are paying. P.S Noone wants to eat crunchy uncooked rice......"
"Management should really look into this location. The front of the house/restaurant was sooo filthy. Truly don’t understand how you have 8 people on the clock, and no one has the decency to clean the dining area. In my perspective you wouldn’t eat at someone’s home who doesn’t clean, so I wouldn’t want to eat at a restaurant that isn’t keeping up with cleanliness either."
