"Dr. Rivera delivered my daughter in November 2015 and Also performed a Salpingectomy in January 2016. The surgery was fast and hardly any scarring. There was NO pain after the surgery. He was very careful and gentle on my body. He was always very informative, had wonderful bedside manners, and always had time to answer my questions. Fantastic Doctor in my opinion!"

"Nov. 2015 I gave birth to my son. Eliseo Rivera was my gynecologist. At 35 weeks he had told me I was overweight, however I advised him it was water weight due to preeclampsia. At 40 weeks of pregnancy he finally acknowledged the preeclampsia I had been telling him about but denied. He induced me at 40 weeks and left me waiting too long. He came to check up because of no heart beat 3 times, two of which I almost passed out. He was coming to the room reassuring me it was ok, And will continue watching another movie. He waited too long and finally decided to opt for a c-section. My son was convulsing and had stroke because of him, and they took him to Lubbock in a helicopter next day. I had to leave next day to be with him at the Lubbok hospital. He called several times to apologize because he believes it was his fault. I agreed. Then, at my first appointment with him after coming back from Lubbock, he tried to blame me for what he did . He claimed he tried to give me a Normal delivery like I asked…. But who is the doctor ? Him or me ?? I won’t recommend this doctor to anyone . Still trying to forget what he did to us ."

"Dr. Rivera delivered our IVF baby in June 2022. Our baby ended up being IUGR, and we delivered at 35 weeks to a 4lb baby. Dr. Rivera kept us informed and educated the whole time, this was very helpful since we are first time parents. The emergency C section was very scary and very high risk as my wife’s blood pressure climbed up to 215/115 during the procedure. Dr. Rivera was calm and collected the entire time and did a wonderful job on the incision and close up. We can’t hardly even see a scar. If we chose to have another baby, we would choose Dr. Rivera over and over. Dr. Rivera has an amazing team of nurses and providers that were so attentive.Every appointment was quick, we never had to wait to be seen. He is by far one of the best doctors that we have ever encountered anywhere in the US."

"Being pregnant after losing my first baby at 13 weeks, dr Rivera made me so comfortable. He remembered every detail and made me feel like I was his only patient. His staff is just as amazing as he is. I had some complications that would freak out most people but he always reassured me everything was going to be okay. Being pregnant during COVID was scary but he let me know if I needed to bring my boyfriend to an appointment so he can relay info to him, I could. I can not give enough stars to him and his team!! I hope that when I’m ready for my second baby I can experience this all again."
