They actually answer the phone and show up when he says they will, which is apparently hard to do since we called 3 other local contractors that never showed up and stopped returning phone calls. John is professional, helpful and really does care about the quality of work he does. John and his crew did an excellent job on this project and next time J&A will be our one and only phone call."
