"So, I had been going to Lucky Nails shop for around 2 years and only Ann did my nail! There had been many times where she was just rude to me but I still would go not wanting to find a different nail shop! So, my gel nails would last for weeks never no problem after getting them done. Last Saturday I went to get my nails done and so Ann the only one I let do my nails. So, my aunt was getting a pedi and was next after me to get a full set. While doing my nails another customer comes in to get her nails done that was not my of my race. Ann was nice to her ok that’s great but then while finishing up my nails, she wanted me to get out her chair and let another person finish my nails so she could service the other person nails who had just walked in and would have been after my aunt who was after me. I even asked her to be sure that it’s only walk ins on the weekend for her and she informed me correct because she too busy to take appointments on weekends. So, because I told her she is going to finish my nails as she always does and that it’s not right and that other lady has to wait her turn just like everyone else! As I come back from washing my hands , she tells me she isn’t going to do my nails anymore and I’m mean! I told her, she is the one mean and unprofessional to want to not finish my service to do another person that’s very unprofessional! I told her she was playing the color game! She finished my nails and my aunt said she didn’t want her doing her nails after how she treated me. Now, I got gel nail polish as I always had but within the next 1.5 hour the polish was pushing up on my thumb! I went back for her to fix and I notice the polish was in the white bottle but earlier the bottle was brown. I know in the polish boxes there is regular polish and then the gel polish. She didn’t use gel I believe for me to have to go right back to get my nail fixed. Then, not even a week later another nail broke off when I called she said after three days they don’t fix but I explain to her gel polish don’t chip off in 4 days. She informed me very nasty she would just fix the polish not the tip that broke off and slam phone down!!!! This lady is a joke! I should have listen to a friend that told about her but I don’t judge people off another person opinions. But yes, I was very upset with myself because she was rude often with me as her customer and I didn’t want to find another place so I kept going giving my money to a business that the employee Ann is rude to certain customers!!!!!"

"Maybe this was just because there was only two people but they don’t do designs. The lady put stickers on my nails. I could have done that at home. The polish also looks low quality. They also overcharged me for a fill. Not happy."

"Called before coming in to see if they had availability she told me to come in came in told them i called for dip manicure and she looked at me like i was speaking a different language. Got switched 3 diff people doing my nails ! The dip always lasts me 2-4weeks without any chips or anything this one didn't last me a week and already had 3 nails that chipped, nails were not the same size or shape just horrible job! DEF NOT RETURNING TO THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE JOB AND WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME."

"My husband and I were walk-ins. Seen right away for mani-pedis for both of us. They were very friendly and gentle. The guy doing my pedi even laughed with me when my ticklishness crept up. Didn't try to upsell us to services we didn't ask for or need. Basic mani-pedi was done very well, including massaging hands, legs, and feet. He almost had me asleep I was so relaxed! Kind and courteous and clean."
