"I have been here in the past and have had great experiences every time before this time, but I came in for a special full set and a pedicure for a date night and after $140+, I'm wishing I hadn't. The pedicure with Joy was absolutely fantastic - she was amazing!! Highly recommend her and the milk and honey Pedi. I had to come back to the salon to try and get my nails fixed a second time, and this time I was told to leave after just having the edges filed down but the polish not fixed. I have jagged exposed layers of acrylic with missing polish on them on every single finger, and some now have lifting acrylic - this is a three day old set. I'm going to just go home and put nail polish on at this point because I don't trust attempting any more repairs. I had asked to have them removed and/or a refund and didn't receive either. I very much unsatisfied and incredibly disappointed, and after two attempts to have them fixed, I don't think I'll be coming back for manicure or nail services, only a pedicure."

"Asked for dip ombre the lady said we dont do that on just your nails only on acrylic. Thats not true, I have previously done this at different nails shops. Then she has the nerve to say this her solon her rules thats fine, but there is a professional way to say that. I will never go back to this nail shop. I know for a fact its not her nail shop."

"I went and got a regular manicure after having dip/gel. I got knicked multiple times because she was going really fast. I felt bad because she seemed like she was in a rush to get me done. Some nails still have excess hanging off the tops and excess nail color around the nail beds. I did ask if she could fix them and she tried but when I kept finding things she’s “I don’t have time for this”. She didn’t even put oil around my fingers. It just made me feel like I was a bother."
