Lady Nails

"I have been to this place twice and both times my nails were not done right. I went yesterday for a fill and my tech was more interested in watching her phone than doing my nails. She cut my cuticle once and got the skin on another finger. When I pointed out 2 of my nails had been crooked, she said it's because my finger is longer. She finally fixed them. After applying the gel polish, it has been applied on my skin. I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed because my daughter loved going there for her pedicures."

"i went here 3 times in two weeks. for a full set. she made four of my cuticles bleed. two days later returned because the gel wasn’t covered right and peeled right away off three nails. one of the nails broke off after that a week later. returned for a fill after image nails was booked for the day. all the nails are different lengths. in one pic you can see where she didn’t take the polish/gel all the way to side of my nail. the other pic you can see where she didn’t take all the green off of my nails. she also charged me full price for a full set, not a fill. i had three bad experiences in too short of a time. none of the techs care about quality, they only care about quantity ($). all three times, there wasn’t complete coverage on any nail of color. you can see all of the missing color towards the tips of my nails."

"If I could give no stars I would. I've given them chances. I went a few months ago, got a fungal infection. Thought it was an allergic reaction, but went back a couple of days ago, got another fungal infection. Thought it was an allergic reaction, put hydrocortisone cream on it didn't help, put fungal cream on got a little better. Also there was a pimple on the back of my leg, so that told me it's a bacterial thing. Went there to show them and they said it was my skin and they couldn't give me a refund! That's bad business/customer service right there! $50 bucks I won't be getting back! And it's sad cuz they seem like nice people."

"I’ve given them a few chances and every time I come either they either get polish all over my fingers or skip polish in big spots. They are nice but rush through their work and charge more than it’s worth & more than their sign of services says."

"This place definitely has a bad reputation, however, Helen does the best work. I’ve gone to TONS of nail salons and Helen does dip manicures so well. The best I’ve ever had. They last me 2-3 weeks. My nails grow super fast which is why it only lasts that long but I know it would last most people a month. She takes her time and massages my hands with cuticle oil after which I LOVE."
