"Poor customer service. Multiple walk in customers turned away after longer than expected wait times given out. Stylists talking openly amongst themselves about how they plan to take their lunch and make customers wait despite a full waiting area. Stylist seem inconvenienced to be working a busy Saturday."

My stylist is booked out and I just needed some style added to 2 inches of hair One side noticeably longer than the other and the back that she clippered is patchy with longer clumps. I look like I tried to cut it myself I do not recommend the lady with the blue hair ( wish I knew her name)"
"Wow.... I can't even, I took my son in to get a cut who hasn't had a cut in 6 months. He wanted to keep the length as much as possible. So I told the lady to "shape it up" and "trim". Her exact words were, "I'll only take about ½ an inch off." I ran to Schnucks next door and was gone 5 minutes. I come back to find my son with a no gaurd shaved sides and the top not even touched. Furious doesn't even begin to say how I feel. We will NEVER go back to this place!!!"
