"Went in for a cut and color. I think her name was Liz, she acted very annoyed that I brought my son with me. He sat in a chair in the corner and played on his phone the entire appointment. She was not welcoming and wanted to argue with me first thing about her door being heavy or not…very strange. I told her on the phone I wanted a cut and all over color. When she asked me to remind her about what I wanted she said that she had me down for a highlight and cut. She must have thought I was born last night because she told me that an all over color would take a lot longer than highlights, haha! I treated her with respect and tipped her and was on my way after she cut my hair. I will never go back to this woman. Would give 0 stars if possible."
