"When I came in I just asked for a cut and tone. Hair stylist was extreemly argumentative when she was trying to find out what I wanted. SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TONER IS. When she was cutting my hair was ripping through it and breaking my hair off. Then said toner is a pastel color... As in coloring like a normal color job. I have been in 4 different salons and... Every SINGLE stylist described it as a protective conditioning treatment that usually leaves hair in better condition than it was in the beginig. It also NEVER EVER lifted my regrowth. My natual color is a dark medium brown and when I got home abd looked in the mirror what she called "TONER" actually lifted my brown hair to an orange color as if she was using bleach! O.M.G. My sister does hair and always told me blonde is part bleach and mostly toner. My stylist now says the same thing and all my sisters stylist friends. It even burned my scalp. I'm from out of town and when I get back I cant wait to tell my regular hair stylist what a horrific exlerience this was. Dont ever go here. Just save yourself the nightmare."
