Tequila bar & taco shop

"I dont often write bad reviews but our lunch here today was bad enough that I wanted to warn others. We kept it simple to Quesadillas for the kids and two taco salads, one carne asada, one carnitas...should have guessed the service would be bad when the kid serving us had no idea what carne asada or carnitas was (it wasnt a pronunciation thing). Aside from decent chips, the food was really awful....the rice in the taco salad tasted vaguely like fried rice (as in chinese food) and both meats just tasted wrong - like very cheap cuts that were a little past due or something,....chunks of iceberg lettuce and all covered in very runny sour cream and a few thin slices of pale yellow avacado....we were the only ones in the restaurant and the only server was not attentive and took a bit to finally get our check. Place was clean and recently remodeled I'm guessing....but ugh,.,...Would recommend avoiding...."

"Went there on a Sunday afternoon and asked for a steak dinner. The waiter came back and said that the cook didn't know how to make it. We ended up ordering 2 fajitas combos which includes rice and beans. We didn't get the beans and I asked the waiter for the beans and he said that they were out. Very bad service and were charged full amount. We were there to experience what the town offered and that is one restaurant we will not go back to."

"My wife kids and I stopped in here for dinner, it was our first time trying this place, and was definitely our last time trying it. The server was nice, it was his first night there and had no clue about anything on the menu. 6pm on a Saturday night and it was not busy. From the time we walked in until our food got to us was an hour, plenty of staff working and did not check on us or the other couple that was in there. Food came out and was cold and awful. I ordered steak tacos and they were cold and tasteless. My wife had chicken fajitas again cold and tasteless, the chicken seemed boiled and was like rubber trying to chew it. Don't see this place lasting long."

"Very nice place very friendly staff but unfortunately there is a heavy language barrier that we were not able to overcome. Had to ask for my margarita 4 times then finally go up to the bar (limited selection) and ask for one and then my margarita had no tequila in it. Was still charged $6 for a whiskey glass margarita which is way high for the area. Once we got the food though we had the steak chicken and corned beef tacos it was absolutely amazing, great taste and the salsas had a wonderful punch to them. But again prices are high there is a language barrier and I would not ever order a drink from here again. May try again at a later date but I hope to see some major improvements."
