"I went through the drive thru with my mom a few minutes ago with my dogs, one of whom is very sick. The worker at the window noticed my dogs and told us she loved dogs and thought ours were so cute and she offered us some pup cups. It was so sweet and really made my day and both of my dogs were very happy with the service."
"Great service the cashier was super nice and cordial. Price point is fair. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, cheese curds, and non caffeinated root beer. Self service drinks and your meal is delivered to your table. Everything was hot, fresh, and made when ordered. This store was clean and looks new."
"Great Culver's, the lady upfront Ashley was very helpful and walked over to the marinara sauce to show me how big it was when I just inquired, very nice touch. I witnessed 3 different young people bring out the food and they were always very nice and respectful my lady in particular, she followed the my pleasure company trend! The hiring manager did a good job and got lucky with all the good hearted corn fed young minds starting their journey at the Ottawa culvers! Let's talk about the burger and curds, FRESH! The burger had a great taste of a char fresh off the grill, the curds were super crispy on the outside and you can tell they were fresh. The young lady dropping off my food even told me I could get a free scoop of I filled out the survey on the receipt, if their is a contest for sign ups she is winning"
"I've not had problems with Culver's. Today the burger had a hair in it, and the soda had a weird taste so I checked it out. This is gross, a oily film. For $10 for a basket meal 2 out 3 things were terrible."
