"If I could take my star back I would! She's trying to do nails, feet, eyebrows & lashes at the same time. Even in the midst of doing yours, This place is definatly under staffed. She's not a people person nor do she inquiring on the customers expectations, she just does what she want & sucks at it! I will be reporting her to the BBB! How do you grow a garden inside a spa place? Just nasty environment over all. NEVER AGAIN"

"Lin was very rude. She told me to hurry up and that she was getting tired of me deciding on a color after she cut all of my nails off. I am beyond tired of Asian nail tech disrespecting black customers. I will never go to her or another Asian nail salon again. Also there was flies gnats and a horrible smell every where ugh never"

"I was going to Linh Nails because it was so close to where I live. I would only get a pedicure with Kim , I was always happy with the attitude Kim would have and the great job she did on my feet. Linh is so negative and her attitude is just unacceptable. She will come in and and cook breakfast, then eat it while she has customers waiting. That is disrespectful. We have do better about how we increase the economics for others while they don't care about us. I stopped going because she is too disrespectful. I gave her one star only because it would not let me post without giving a star. She gets zero stars in my book."

"This place will NEVER get my business again. Linh did my lashes yesterday. Less than 20 hrs later I went back because 3 of the lashes fell off while at work. She said she would fix them for $5 more because she doesnt guarantee her work. I couldnt beleive what i was hearing. Im a nurse and I work 16hr shifts so I hadnt even slept on the lashes and she wanted me to pay her $5 to put 3 lashes back on. Needless to say I told her I wont be back and she nonchalantly said "OK". POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"Linh has a terrible ATTITUDE. I pray for her tremendously. The other women in the shop are pleasant, but to Linh you really need to take a class in Customer service. People will treat you how you allow them to treat you. I'll never go back ever. 1 time is all it takes."
