"The guy working this day was a complete prick to me. All I needed was a new rubber gasket, and when I showed him what I had and asked if they had it he shook his head and said “I don’t know”. I took a picture of my filter at home to show him but apparently didn’t get the model in the picture. After going back and forth on, the conclusion was he couldn’t help me. I said could I just see what you had to compare to what I brought? He rolled his eyes and stormed off, when he returned with about three or four gaskets, threw them on the table, put his hands in the air and said “here, take a look”. I just looked him shocked and said not to worry about it and left. The fact that this guy was not willing to help at all was very frustrating. All I needed was a simple rubber gasket. I understand if the gasket wasn’t the perfect size then it wouldn’t fit. At least let me see what you had to compare. This guy needs a new job away from customer service. Now I’m headed home empty handed and have to tell the kids the pool won’t be usable today…. I won’t be coming back to Leslie’s…."

"Went there at 4:25pm on 4/2/2023. Sign on the door says be back in 30 minutes. Now keep in mind they close at 5:00pm. Waited about 10 minutes. Left at 4:35pm. There were also 3 other cars waiting and one more came and left. Came back 5:25 thinking maybe they were opened until 6pm. The guy was closing out the register. Looked up at me at the door and said we are closed. He then pointed at the door and said it says we close at 5. What I didn’t see was a sign that says “we close at 5 but we might take a lunch break 30 minutes before we close!!!”"

"2 or 3 months ago sounds hard on customers but in the past month or a little more they have put in a new manager and she is great. Stephanie goes the extra mile to try and find the part or chemicals you need if not at her store by checking stores within 200 miles and then she'll try to locate online to get you numbers. She doesn't push to get you to buy chemicals when you get water tested. I think customers need to give her a chance. She is such an improvement."
