"Why do you let these crooks beg in your parking lot? They walk right up to anyone… especially older ladies and they are very aggressive. I have complained about this numerous times and yet they are here again today. Someone’s going to get hurt in your parking lot. Then I will be able to show how many times I have complained and you did NOTHING."

"Store is clean, usually well stocked and efficient. Today, an item I really needed was empty on the shelf. Jett stopped what he was doing, went to the back and actually found what I needed in a reasonable time frame and gave it to me. Very respectful young man. After living in WA state for years and coming back home to where I was raised. I have to say I did not realize how much I took for granted here. The parking lot is clean and safe. There are not people just everywhere harassing you for what you have that they want. The produce is stocked and usually very fresh. Every employee I have encountered here is genuinely respectful and helpful. It is true what they say Mindset/Perspective is the main difference. If you dont understand what I have said go get some perspective and check that mindset. An armed society is a polite society."

"Like this store for reasons that are probably not the best. They always have good produce and other items and because they have so much A lot of times they don't get it all sold before the due dates. I really appreciate there baker's rack with things marked down that I would never probably buy otherwise. I also really appreciate when they have their salad kits 50% off that's the only time I feel I can afford them. That being said they typically have the best prices on the variety of juices they have and also on their cereals. I do have to be careful on some of their specials as I shop on their price per ounce cost a lot of times and I have caught them many times with erroneous prices per ounce. Because it's a bigger store it is hard to get to know very many of the personnel. But there are a few that I really appreciate as they're always very nice and helpful. However the store does need to do some training so that they can answer my questions on the Kroger app and how to use it correctly. Sometimes that is really frustrating. Overall I like this store."

"They changed the recipe of the deli items. (Fried chicken and mashed potatoes) Less flavored more crunchy. Even fresh my elder was feeling weird about maybe breaking a tooth on how thick that breading is. Hope the roasted chicken is messed with as well. Maybe stop follow Walmarts example of ruining chicken with armored chicken, eh?"

"This store is horrible. The prices are not honored and you have to have a smart phone and sit there and clip ads to get the correct price. What about the when you have bad reception or you are Al elderly person that doesn’t have a smart phone? You have to pay almost double the price for something ? The prices advertised is not the price at the register and they make it a science project to get the correct price. And if you ask an employee how to get the correct price using the app , they don’t know. How many millions of dollars has Kroger made off of people because they didn’t use a clipped ad on a smart phone app ? Save yourself money time and headaches. Shop somewhere else."
