"I went there three different Times bought a few different things. The last time I went there about a PlayStation 4 I was told it was 1 TB found out. It was only 500 GB so I was told. I could come up there and trade it for what I paid for when I did. I was made to pay $32 more. It's really disappointing. Im new to this area and thought I found a good place to go. Obviously not, I will be going to a different place. I won't be going there anymore. Very, very sad that I was treated that way. I feel like I was taking advantage of."

"We had to ask the 3 people behind the counter playing on their phones if we could get some assistance. This was after standing there for 10mins. We seen the item and stood and waited another 15mins for them to locate the rest of the components to go with the item. They could not find them or get the item to operate properly. Very disappointing as we drove from the next town to buy. The salesman was very persistent in selling me extra warranty on the item before even confirming operation of the item. Come to find out the was no sale at all."
